WASHOUT study – (Ward Admission of Symptomatic Haematuria: an Observational mUlticentre sTudy)
The British Urology Researchers in Surgical Training (BURST) Collaborative is conducting a study to assess the impact of difference management pathways in emergency admission of patients with haematuria (blood in the urine) in order to improve patients outcomes.
Who can apply?
People who are 16 or above and have had an emergency admission to hospital with blood in their urine.
What does the Public and Patient involvement panel involve?
Virtual meetings to help design the study. You will be re-imbursed for your time.
