Inspired by Captain Sir Tom’s walk for his 100th birthday?

Wasn’t it incredible? It just goes to show we can still make a difference even if we are physically limited.

To follow in Captain Tom’s footsteps, would you take up The 100 Challenge and raise some funds for PRDA?

The 100 Challenge is anything at all that involves doing 100 things that you think friends and family will sponsor you to do! Maybe make 100 cupcakes, sing 100 songs, do something challenging for 100 days straight, or you could walk/run/dance/jump/cycle/roly-poly a distance of 100 somethings  – it could be 100 metres, 100 lengths of your garden, 100 lengths of your street or 100 miles!

It is easy to set up your 100 Challenge details on Virgin Money Giving. Choose the Pelvic Radiation Disease Association as your charity and all funds go straight to us, including Gift Aid, so there is nothing for you to do except share your fundraising page and complete your challenge!

If you don’t fancy a challenge then please do look at our brilliant Fundraising Guide with lots of really easy ideas for helping PRDA, such as through shopping on line via Give As You Live, asking your local Asda or Waitrose to support PRDA, or asking family for donations to PRDA instead of birthday gifts. We would love to hear about your fundraising activities – email us fundraise@prda.org.uk .
