Read a Patient's Story

Rebecca: "Finding PRDA made me feel so relieved. It was similar to when I discovered Maggie's. All of a sudden, you've got a great big hug!

It's not just you, there are other people like you. There's a group of people that know exactly what I'm going through. The PRDA want to help others; they want to educate health professionals..."

Meet a Volunteer

Dafydd: I have experience and knowledge of Pelvic Radiation Disease (PRD) and feel that I can help fellow patients to feel less anxious about what they are going through. If there is anything that I can do to help other people, then I would like to do it. I know that as a PRDA Volunteer I can help people in so many different ways; doing so also aids my own mental recovery..."

PRDA Volunteer Welcome Pack

Thank you so much for choosing to give your time, skills and enthusiasm to us as a volunteer. The Volunteer Welcome Pack is the first part of your journey to help support those who are living with Pelvic Radiation Disease. We want to make sure that you have a great experience as a volunteer for PRDA.

Please take the time to read through the Welcome Pack, as it will help in preparation for your volunteering role.
