Peer Support for People Living with Pelvic Radiation Disease

Do you feel alone in your experience of Pelvic Radiation Disease (PRD)? Do you ever feel like nobody truly understands what you’re going through?

Our Chat Together peer support group is here for you. Whether you have an official PRD diagnosis or simply recognise that your symptoms stem from your pelvic radiotherapy, you’re welcome to join.

How It Works

Open to people aged 18+ who are living with PRD, our online Chat Together group is a friendly, supportive space to share experiences, learn coping strategies, and connect with others who understand. The group is intended for people based in the UK, as the information and signposting we provide is focused on UK services.

There’s no pressure to contribute. You can share as much or as little as you like, or simply listen. If you’d like to raise a question anonymously, you can send it to the group host via the chat function, or send questions to us in advance and we’ll raise them on your behalf.

Sessions are held twice a month:

  • Tuesday afternoons – on the third Tuesday of each month at 12:30pm (UK).
  • Wednesday evenings – on the first Wednesday of each month at 7pm (UK)

Celebrate successes, navigate challenges together, and know that you are not alone 💙
